I'm Dany. I am a full-time chemist and I love food. My formulaic workday has pushed me to seek creative outlets with my time off, and while baking has become, surprisingly, my most accomplished hobby, all things food are on my mind day in and day out. At first my motto was "Please just let it look like the picture in the book."
